At Henna Mehndi we know our customers want their items as fast as possible, therefore we post all our items as standard via Recorded delivery (unless specified otherwise).

If you would like your item the next working day (if ordered before 12pm) then you can select Special Delivery for an additional charge (calculated at checkout).

All items will be posted within 2 working days once the order is confirmed. Delivery will usually take 3-7 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

You will need to wait 21 working days from the despatch date before being able to trace and claim for lost, missing or delayed items. Please email at info@hennamehndi.co.uk if you have not received your order within this time period.

If the item is sent back to us as undelivered, and we have sent it to the correct address, then you will be liable for the delivery charges.

Please note international delivery can take up to 21 days.
