If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for items received back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure all goods returned are in the same condition as received, intact in all packaging, as without this we will not be able to accept the returned items.
Please ensure we receive the items back within 14 days of you receiving the order as after this time we will be unable to process any exchanges or refunds and the goods can only be sent back to the delivery address with additional delivery charges.
All customised orders in the Designer and Couture Categories cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they have been customised accordingly to the customers requirements.
• Your card will be refunded once we have received and processed the item. Please wait 14 working days for your refund to reach your payment provider.
• Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or because of faulty goods. You will also be responsible for the delivery charges for sending the items back to us.
