Delivery Policy

UK & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed on or before 1st March were scheduled for delivery before Eid. However, due to ongoing global war disruptions affecting international flights and logistics routes, delivery timelines have now been impacted. 

While we are making every effort to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible, Eid delivery maybe delayed, because of circumstances beyond our control, including airline or courier disruptions.

All orders have been despatched from Pakistan and are en route to U.K. to our London office.  As soon as we receive at our London office, we will despatch immediately.

Please note orders placed after 1st March, 2026 will have an extended delivery time of additional 5-6 working days as well as the normal delivery time because of extended Eid '26 holidays.

UK & Worldwide delivery usually takes approximately 18 to 21 business days as these are all made to order items.

Please note that these are approximate time frames only. Circumstances such as customs clearance, natural causes, public holidays and festive holidays can cause delays which are beyond our control.

UK & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders above £95.00* 

All orders above £95.00 will qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. 

UK orders under £95 will have a delivery charge of £4.95.

Free International Delivery on all orders above £295*

1. All International orders above £295 will qualify for free standard delivery.
2. For all worldwide orders under £295, delivery charges will be calculated by our system at checkout automatically as per your shipping address.

GENERAL

If the item is sent back to us as undelivered, and we have sent it to the correct address, then re-delivery charges will apply.

 Any local customs charges, import or other duties may be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
