Exchange & Returns

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@hennamehndi.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for items received back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange.  Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.

All items on our website are Made to Order, therefore sale items can only be exchanged, and full priced items can be exchanged or refunded. Customised sizes/orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please ensure all goods returned are in the same condition as received, new, unused, intact with all tags, labels and packaging, as without this we will not be able to accept the returned items.

Please ensure we receive the items back within 14 days of you receiving the order as after this time we will be unable to process any exchanges or refunds and the goods can only be sent back to the delivery address with additional delivery charges.

Please note:

• Your card will be refunded once we have received and processed the item.  Please wait 3-5 working days for your refund to reach your payment provider.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of faulty or damaged goods and that includes all UK and non UK orders.
• You will also be responsible for the delivery charges for sending the items back to us.

Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.

Please note, any items that are returned to us will not be refunded any delivery charges, irrespective of the number of items sent back, the total delivery charges will be deducted from your refund (if any).

Items returned which were initially sent as part of any free delivery offer, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty Products

Please contact Henna Mehndi via email at info@hennamehndi.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the item, if you find that your merchandise is faulty.  Please ensure we receive the items back within 14 days of you receiving the order as after this time we will be unable to process any complaints.

Please note that we have taken great care to ensure the goods are of the highest quality and durable for the purpose. However, the goods will not be considered faulty or damaged through inappropriate use.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@hennamehndi.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase.  After the given time frame no order can be cancelled. Please note this policy applies to all the products available on website.
