Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for items received back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure all goods returned are in the same condition as received, intact in all packaging, as without this we will not be able to accept the retuned items.
Please ensure we receive the items back within 14 days of you receiving the order as after this time we will be unable to process any exchanges or refunds and the goods can only be sent back to the delivery address with additional delivery charges.
All customised orders in the Designer and Couture Categories cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they have been customised accordingly to the customers requirements.
- Your card will be refunded once we have received and processed the item. Please wait 14 working days for your refund to reach your payment provider.
- Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of faulty or damage goods and that includes all UK and non UK orders. You will also be responsible for the delivery charges for sending the items back to us.
If you would like an exchange please return the item(s) for an exchange with additional delivery charges which you can calculate using the website by selecting the products you wish to exchange them for by going to checkout to view delivery charges. You can either send a postal order for the amount due (additional delivery and any additional amount required for payment of new items) or you can send us an email authorizing us to accept payment from your initial payment card.
Any payment due from ourselves for an exchange will be refunded back to your payment card within 5-7 working days, of receiving you returned product.
Please note if you require an exchange for products for which we have offered free delivery, redelivery costs will be charged.

Please note, any items that are returned to us will not be refunded any delivery charges, irrespective of number of items sent back, the total delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned which were initially sent as part of any free delivery offer, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund jewellery under any circumstances.

Please note that we have taken great care to ensure the goods are of the highest quality and durable for the purpose. However the goods will not be considered faulty or damaged through inappropriate use.
