How do I make a purchase on www.hennamehndi.co.uk?
Shopping on Henna Mehndi is easy and secure.
- Select an item - When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Bag’ this is found on the right of the page.
- Paying for your item - When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Bag.
- Creating an account - The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and contact details. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure. You can also purchase as a guest.
- Confirming your item and payment - During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase (please note, postage will be added where applicable). Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will need to complete the payment details and then you will have completed your purchase.

What happens to my card details once I have made a purchase?
At Henna Mehndi, we do not store any card details for security reasons. Once you input your details to complete an order, your details are processed securely by our approved card processing partner.
What do I do if I change my mind about a purchase?
If you change you mind about a purchase; please inform us as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com. In the email include a short note explaining the reason for the cancellation and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence. If your order has not been processed for delivery then either an exchange will be sent as requested or a full refund will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.
Please note, if your order has been dispatched then you will need to follow the procedure under the Exchange and Refund Policy.
Please note that products from couture and trousers category are non exchangeable or refundable as these products are specially customised for your order but if you change your mind to exchange or refund please inform us with in 24 hours after placing the order by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
