  2. Since all items are made to order, please place your orders according to the delivery time frame.

  3. Orders placed on or before 1st March were scheduled for delivery before Eid. However, due to ongoing global war disruptions affecting international flights and logistics routes, delivery timelines have now been impacted. 

    While we are making every effort to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible, Eid delivery maybe delayed, because of circumstances beyond our control, including airline or courier disruptions.

    All orders have been despatched from Pakistan and are en route to U.K. to our London office.  As soon as we receive at our London office, we will despatch immediately.

    Please note orders placed after 1st March, 2026 will have an extended delivery time of additional 5-6 working days as well as the normal delivery time because of extended Eid '26 holidays.
